With a vision to transform an empty site into a vibrant cultural hub, our team completed 17,400 sqm of premium event structures in just 20 days — a perfect balance of speed, precision, and excellence.

A Masterplan of Structures

This large-scale project featured:

• 1×Smart Structure – 60 × 255m | 9m height – Main Exhibition Hall, featuring black satin lining, Albaddad wooden cassette flooring, and multiple emergency exits.
• 1× Curve Structure – 25 × 60m | 4m height – Store 1 with lighting and high-capacity HVAC.
• 1× Curve Structure – 20 × 20m | 4m height – Store 2, ready for retail setups.
• 1× Curve Structure – 30 × 30m | 4m height – Restaurant area, offering a climate-controlled dining space.
• 1× Curve Structure – 10 × 20m | 4m height – Prayer room, complete with mosque carpet and HVAC.
• 1× Pagoda Structure – 5 × 5m | 2.5m height – Main entrance hall.

Premium Finishes and Specifications

• Roof: Soft PVC 850 GSM blackout fabric, waterproof, UV-resistant, washable, in elegant white.
• Walls: Combination of soft PVC panels, 26mm hard wall panels, and 6mm glass panels.
• Flooring: Albaddad wooden cassette flooring with aluminum beams.
• HVAC: High-capacity direct cooling package units for optimal comfort.
• Electrical Works: Complete installations – lighting, switches, sockets, conduits, and wiring.
• Interiors: Satin inner linings and mosque carpets in prayer areas.

Turnkey Event Infrastructure

From the prayer room Curve to the expansive Smart Hall, every structure was fully fitted and ready for immediate use. The restaurant Curve offered a refined dining space, while the stores catered to large exhibitors with ease.
