Dubai, August 2025 – ALBADDAD Steel, a subsidiary of ALBADDAD Holding in the United Arab Emirates, continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading players in the steel manufacturing sector by investing in the latest technologies to keep pace with the rapid growth of infrastructure and urban development projects regionally and globally.

As part of its plans to expand production capacity and enhance operational efficiency, the company announced the completion of a deal through SIMCO, the authorized agent and distributor for several of the world’s leading steel equipment manufacturers, to acquire a range of advanced steel manufacturing machines from renowned brands including SENFENG, AKYAPAK, and DURMA. The agreement was signed by Mr. Serdar Yilmaz, Chief Operating Officer of ALBADDAD Holding, and Mr. Ahmad Shahada, Founder and CEO of SIMCO.

The newly acquired machinery will enable ALBADDAD Steel to increase its factory’s annual production capacity by 7200 tons, further enhancing the company’s ability to meet the growing demand for high-quality steel structures and reaffirming its commitment to delivering integrated solutions that meet the highest international standards.

The new equipment includes the H-Beam Welding Machine, regarded as the heart of the production line for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. This machine delivers fully automated, high-precision welding of steel beams, with integrated straightening capabilities to ensure structural alignment and safety—enhancing the quality and durability of prefabricated structures while reducing installation time.

Also included is the Shot Blasting Machine – Roller Conveyor Type, which uses advanced technology to prepare metal surfaces and remove impurities to ensure the highest coating and protection quality. In the cutting segment, the company has enhanced its capabilities with a CNC Plasma Cutting Machine for high-speed, precision metal cutting; a Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine that provides flexible and accurate cutting for a wide variety of steel profiles to meet complex design requirements; and a Fiber Metal Plate Bevel Laser Cutting Machine capable of multi-angle cutting with exceptional accuracy, opening new possibilities for innovative engineering designs while saving time and materials.
