As one of the largest cultural gatherings in the Kingdom, the Riyadh International Book Fair 2025 showcased Saudi Arabia’s ongoing commitment to knowledge, creativity, and global exchange. To match the scale of this vision, ALBADDAD was entrusted with building a massive venue that could host thousands of exhibitors and visitors within a limited timeframe — and once again, the company delivered beyond expectations.

All structures were completed within an impressive 13 days, demonstrating ALBADDAD’s efficiency, speed, and engineering precision.

Project Overview

Spanning more than 60,000 square meters, the project consisted of several premium modular structures, including Smart Halls (30×120 m & 10×40 m), a Curve Structure (10×20 m), and a Pagoda Structure (5×5 m), in addition to dedicated Dining Halls (30×30 m), Operations Halls, and Stage Crew Facilities.
All structures were completed in record time, showcasing ALBADDAD’s efficiency, speed, and engineering precision.

Engineering Excellence and Interior Design 

Each hall was fully equipped with HVAC systems, advanced electrical fittings, wooden cassette flooring with aluminum beams, and satin interior lining that elevated the aesthetics and comfort of the space. The design offered a perfect balance between durability, elegance, and functionality — ensuring a pleasant environment for exhibitors, authors, and visitors alike.

ALBADDAD’s focus on refined interiors and modular flexibility allowed the venue to adapt to various cultural and literary experiences, from exhibitions and readings to workshops and live sessions.

Efficiency and Fast-Track Execution 

Delivering such a large-scale project in only 13 days required meticulous planning, synchronized teamwork, and optimized logistics. ALBADDAD’s in-house manufacturing, prefabrication capabilities, and project management ensured that every structure met international safety and quality standards.
